Cylindrical Roller Bearings
With cylindrical rollers to distribute load over a large surface area, these bearings are often used to support heavy loads at high speeds in applications such as power generation and metal recycling. A cage prevents the rollers from touching each other, reducing friction for high-speed use. All of these bearings have an inner ring that's flanged on one side, so they only allow heat expansion in one direction. The bearings can be taken apart, so you can install them with precision and quickly dismantle them for maintenance or replacement.

Cylindrical-Roller Thrust Bearings
Cylindrical-roller thrust bearings handle higher loads than needle-roller thrust bearings. They also run at faster speeds than tapered-roller thrust bearings.

Easy-Install Mounted Cylindrical-Roller Bearings
A split housing means you can remove the top half of these bearings to inspect or repair shafts and components. This reduces downtime and minimizes the risk of damaging surrounding components.
Bearings for radial loads accommodate minor changes in your shaft’s length as it expands and contracts from your machinery heating up and cooling down. They are typically used in assemblies with long shafts and positioned away from the drive end.
Bearings for combined radial and thrust loads anchor the shaft in position and absorb the thrust load. However, they are not designed to handle your shaft expanding and contracting. They’re typically mounted near the drive side of an assembly.

High-Load Shaft-Mount Track Rollers
With a double row of cylindrical roller bearings, these rollers provide the highest combination of speed and dynamic radial load ratings of any shaft-mount track roller we offer. Also known as yoke-style cam followers, these rollers have more mounting flexibility than threaded track rollers. They're typically mounted onto a shaft or clevis rod end.
Crowned rollers have a slight curve, which is invisible to the naked eye, to stay centered on surfaces that are not perfectly aligned and/or not perfectly flat.
Lubricate rollers without seal through a hole and groove in the inner ring.
Rollers with seal are permanently lubricated and have end seals to retain lubricant and protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.

High-Load Threaded Track Rollers
With a double row of cylindrical roller bearings, these rollers provide the highest combination of speed and dynamic radial load ratings of any threaded track roller we offer. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. All rollers are permanently lubricated.

Telescoping Rail Sets
Create your own positioning table or telescoping slide.
440 Stainless steel rails have a stabilizing gear that won’t fall out of alignment from vibration and sudden shocks, so you don’t have to stop your system to manually realign them. However, they have shorter travel length than standard telescoping rails because of their rack and pinion system.

Roller Bearing Carriages and Guide Rails
With a larger contact area than ball bearing carriages, roller bearing carriages provide better positioning accuracy and support heavier loads. Mount in any orientation without affecting load capacity.
Standard carriages are narrower than flanged carriages, making them better for confined spaces.
Flanged carriages have threaded mounting holes on the flanges rather than the carriage body, so you can fasten loads from both the top and bottom. When fastening from the bottom, use the mounting hole as a through-hole.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
For made-to-order guide rails, please specify the length of the rail (in 1 mm increments). The mounting holes will be centered along the rail.
