About Track Rollers
Also known as cam followers, track rollers have a thick outer roller that runs directly on a flat surface.
More
Permanently Lubricated Ball Bearings

A solid polymer lubricant surrounds the balls, eliminating the need for additional lubrication. Because it's solid, the lubricant blocks out water and dust, extending the life of the bearing.
Sealed bearings have even better resistance to dust and contaminants than open bearings.

Stainless Steel Ball Bearings
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants better than open and shielded bearings, but retain the most heat.

Food Industry Permanently Lubricated Stainless Steel Ball Bearings

Good for applications with incidental food contact, these 440C stainless steel bearings have a food-grade, solid polymer lubricant between the balls and ring that eliminates the need for additional lubrication. The solid lubricant blocks out water and dust, extending the life of the bearing.

Ultra-Thin Ball Bearings

These bearings have twice as many contact points as angular-contact ball bearings. Fit onto large-diameter hollow shafts to run air and hydraulic lines, electrical wiring, and other components through moving parts in assemblies such as index and rotary tables, packaging equipment, and robotics.
Open bearings dissipate heat more efficiently than shielded bearings.
Shielded bearings block out dust and other contaminants, but do not dissipate heat as efficiently as open bearings.

Needle-Roller Bearings

Also known as drawn-cup roller bearings, these are our thinnest roller bearings. The outer ring is drawn out to form a lip that holds the bearing together. Bearings take on the shape of their housing and may be oblong prior to installation.

Low-Profile Mounted Ball Bearings

Designed with a thin, compact housing, these bearings are good for space-constrained applications.
Bearings with 304 stainless steel housing are more corrosion resistant than those with steel and aluminum housings. They are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants better than shielded bearings.

Threaded V-Groove Track Rollers

Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. Rollers are for use with Angle Rails for V-Groove Track Rollers. They handle radial and thrust (top and side) loads and work well in dirty environments because debris falls off the angled rail. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. All rollers are permanently lubricated.
Rollers with a seal block out dust and other contaminants better than shielded rollers, but they hold more heat. Their seal also helps retain lubricant.

Threaded V-Groove Track Rollers with Adjustable Shoulder

Also known as eccentric track rollers, the shoulder adjusts up or down to align to your track, enabling uniform alignment among rollers in a system. Rollers are for use with Angle Rails for V-Groove Track Rollers. They handle radial and thrust (top and side) loads and work well in dirty environments because debris falls off the angled rail. Secure the stud with a nut for through-hole mounting. All rollers are permanently lubricated.
