Light Duty Dry-Running Mounted Sleeve Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange

Use these nylon or acetal bearings for light loads. The closed backing blocks out dust and other contaminants.
Acetal bearings won’t warp or swell when exposed to water, so they’re good for use in damp environments. They’re also self-aligning, which means they swivel to compensate for small amounts of shaft misalignment.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

High-Speed Light Duty Dry-Running Mounted Sleeve Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange

Made of acetal with a PTFE filling, these light duty bearings handle speeds twice as fast as standard acetal bearings can. The material is self-lubricating for less wear and longer life in your system. These bearings swivel to compensate for small amounts of shaft misalignment.

Ball Screws and Nuts

Internal ball bearings provide smooth low-friction travel in applications that require high speeds, accurate positioning, and repeatable movement. Also known as single-start ball screws and nuts, they have a single thread that runs the length of the screw. They operate with more torque than fast-travel ball screws and nuts. To ensure compatibility, select components that have the same thread direction and size. Ball nuts are furnished with a tube to keep ball bearings in place. Do not remove the tube until you are ready to install the nuts onto the screws.
Travel distance per turn, also known as screw lead, is the distance a ball nut moves with one revolution of the ball screw.
