High-Temperature Mounted Ball Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange
Synthetic grease enables these bearings to operate in temperatures up to 400° F—nearly double the maximum temperature of standard mounted ball bearings with two-bolt flange. Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.

Washdown Mounted Ball Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange
Used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical plants, these mounted ball bearings are IP69K certified for washdown environments and have a two-bolt flange for mounting. Their 316 stainless steel housing has excellent corrosion resistance and prevents rust caused by salt water, chlorine solutions, and chemicals. All have USDA H1 approved lubrication, which is certified for incidental contact with food and is suitable for food and beverage applications.
Set screw bearings grip shafts as you tighten their screw. They don’t use a collar, but the screw leaves some marring on shafts.
Clamp on bearings have a locking collar to center shafts and secure them better than set screw bearings, so there’s less vibration and noise. To install them, tighten the locking collar’s screw until it secures against the inner ring.
Snap optional covers onto bearings to protect them from moisture. Made of polypropylene, they resist corrosion, don’t absorb water, and are FDA compliant.

Permanently Lubricated Washdown Mounted Ball Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange
Permanently lubricated and IP69K certified for washdown environments, these mounted ball bearings are useful for hard-to-reach areas in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical plants. Mount them using their two-bolt flange. For excellent corrosion resistance and preventing rust caused by salt water, chlorine solutions, and chemicals, their housing is made of 316 stainless steel. All have NSF registered H1 lubrication, which is certified for incidental contact with food and is suitable for food and beverage applications.
Set screw shaft-mount bearings secure to shafts when you tighten the set screw, with no need for an additional collar. Set screws cause some amount of marring on shafts.
Concentric lock bearings have a locking collar to center shafts and secure them better than set screw bearings, so there’s less vibration and noise. Install them by tightening the locking collar’s screw until it presses against the inner ring.
Snap optional covers onto bearings to shield them from moisture. Made of polypropylene, they resist corrosion, don’t absorb water, and are FDA compliant.
