Ball Bearings
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants better than open and shielded bearings, but retain the most heat.

Permanently Lubricated Ball Bearings

A solid polymer lubricant surrounds the balls, eliminating the need for additional lubrication. Because it's solid, the lubricant blocks out water and dust, extending the life of the bearing.
Sealed bearings have even better resistance to dust and contaminants than open bearings.

Thrust Ball Bearings

Steel balls and washers allow these bearings to handle higher loads than bearings with stainless steel components. With an open design, they dissipate heat more efficiently than one-piece thrust ball bearings.
Bearings with steel cage and with bronze cage handle higher loads and speeds than bearings with a plastic cage.

Needle-Roller Thrust Bearings
Thinner rollers allow these bearings to fit in tighter spaces than tapered-roller thrust bearings. Because of the large contact area between the rollers and washers (not included), these bearings are great for medium to heavy duty, low-friction jobs. For use on hardened and ground surfaces.

Mounted Ball Bearings
Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with nickel-plated cast iron housing are more corrosion resistant and durable than bearings with a cast iron housing.
Bearings with a set screw secure to shafts without using a collar. They let shafts rotate in both directions, so they’re good for applications where you need to reverse. However, the set screw will leave some marring on the shaft.

Low-Profile Mounted Ball Bearings

Designed with a thin, compact housing, these bearings are good for space-constrained applications.
Bearings with steel housing are stronger than bearings with stainless steel and aluminum housings. They are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.

High-Load Threaded Track Rollers

With a double row of cylindrical roller bearings, these rollers provide the highest combination of speed and dynamic radial load ratings of any threaded track roller we offer. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. All rollers are permanently lubricated.
Crowned rollers have a slight curve, invisible to the naked eye, which helps them stay centered on surfaces that are slightly misaligned or not perfectly flat.
Rollers with seal have an end seal to protect the rolling elements from dirt and contamination.

High-Load Shaft-Mount Track Rollers
With a double row of cylindrical roller bearings, these rollers provide the highest combination of speed and dynamic radial load ratings of any shaft-mount track roller we offer. Also known as yoke-style cam followers, these rollers have more mounting flexibility than threaded track rollers. They're typically mounted onto a shaft or clevis rod end.
Rollers with seal are permanently lubricated and have end seals to retain lubricant and protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.
