Set Screw Collar Ball Bearings

Slip these bearings onto a shaft and secure with the included set screws, no special tools required. All have an extended inner ring for additional shaft support.
Bearings with a black-oxide steel ring have some corrosion resistance.
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants better than shielded bearings.
Bearings with a retaining ring have a removable retaining ring that holds the bearing inside a housing.

Clamp-On Collar Ball Bearings

Quickly secure these bearings onto shafts with the clamp-on collar for a concentric, mar-free hold. Tighten the single screw on the locking collar around its inner ring on your shaft to center and secure the shaft in the bearing bore. The collar’s firm grip reduces vibration and noise in your system. The steel rings on these bearings have a black-oxide finish for some corrosion resistance.

One-Piece Thrust Ball Bearings

In addition to handling higher loads than three-piece ball bearings, one-piece bearings are easier to handle. They have an outer band that holds the bearing together and acts as a shield against dust and other contaminants.

Precision Needle-Roller Bearings

Install these bearings directly onto hardened and ground shafts. They have higher load capacity, speed, and accuracy than standard needle-roller bearings.
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants.
Shaft liners allow you to use the bearing on unhardened and unground shafts.

Mounted Ball Bearings
Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with a set screw secure to shafts without using a collar. They let shafts rotate in both directions, so they’re good for applications where you need to reverse. However, the set screw will leave some marring on the shaft.

Compact-Base Mounted Ball Bearings

Also known as tapped-base bearings, these ball bearings mount to surfaces from the bottom through threaded holes. Because of their narrow profile, they’re commonly used in tight-clearance spaces, including systems where multiple shafts are mounted close together.
Set screw shaft-mount bearings secure to shafts when you tighten the set screw, with no need for an additional collar. Set screws cause some amount of marring on shafts.

Mounted Roller Bearings
Roller bearings have a thinner profile and larger contact area than ball bearings, making them stronger and more space-efficient than ball bearings.
Sealed bearings block out dust and contaminants.

Mounted Ball Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange

Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with a set-screw shaft mount secure to shafts with no need for an additional collar. They can be used for bi-directional shaft rotation when applications require reversing action. The set screw may cause some marring on the shaft.

High-Speed Shaft-Mount Track Rollers

The outer ring is built to handle higher speeds than standard shaft-mount track rollers. Also known as yoke-style cam followers, these rollers have more mounting flexibility than threaded track rollers. They're typically mounted onto a shaft or clevis rod end.
Rollers with seal have end seals to protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.
