Round Shipping Tubes with Slip-On End Caps
Push the 6" long cap down onto one end to close; the other end has a permanent steel cap. Use these tubes to mail and protect blueprints, posters, long parts, and rods. Tape the seam of the cap to keep contents secure during shipping.

Square Shipping Tubes
Because of their square shape, these tubes won't roll away. They can be stacked, and the flat surface is easier to label than a round surface. Use them to protect long, thin objects during shipping. They meet ECT 32 (32 lbs. per inch), which is comparable to a 200-lb. burst strength. Edge Crush Test (ECT) standards measure the amount of force a carton can withstand before the edges collapse. Close by tucking tabs into their slots. Shipped flat.

Square Cut-to-Length Shipping Tubes

Because of their square shape, these tubes can be stacked, and the flat surface is easier to label than a round surface. Use scissors to cut them down to the length you need. They are oil and moisture resistant and protect long, thin objects during shipping. Add end caps (sold separately) to close each end.

Reinforced Cardboard Shipping Crates
Multiple layers of laminated cardboard make these crates a more durable alternative to shipping tubes and cardboard boxes. They are also lighter, less expensive, and more shock resistant than wood crates. Crates consist of two U-shaped channels and two U-shaped end caps. They can be cut to any length with a band saw. To assemble, place one channel on top of the other and close off the ends with the end caps.
