About Flowmeters and Totalizers

Flowmeters measure the rate of flow for a liquid or a gas. Totalizers measure the cumulative flow volume. Flowmeter/totalizers display both the flow rate and the cumulative flow volume.

Flowmeter/Totalizers for Oil and Fuel

Use these flowmeter/totalizers to measure both the flow rate and total flow volume of oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene. They display a batch total volume that can be reset after each metering application and a total flow volume that cannot be reset. All flowmeter/totalizers are FM approved for Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. They have an enclosure that meets NEMA 4 for protection from dirt and washdowns.

Certificate of calibration traceable to NIST states that the flowmeter/totalizer has passed a test for accuracy.

Optional remote panel-mounting kit lets you mount the meter’s display up to 100 feet away. It includes a sensor module and 10 feet of cable with wire leads.

High-Accuracy Totalizers for Fuel

More than twice as accurate as standard totalizers for fuel, these measure the total flow volume of gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene with ±2% accuracy. They display a resettable batch total volume to keep track of one metering application and a nonresettable total flow volume. The mesh strainer traps debris.
