Flame rated VW-1, it meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. It meets SAE AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 and Class 3 for material quality and color.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown.
