Program time, temperature, and rate of temperature change. These furnaces reach temperatures as high as 2192° F for heat-treating metal. These furnaces have six programmable parameters: 1) delay start, 2) rate of temperature change, 3) target temperature, 4) temperature timer, 5) memory retrieval, and 6) °C/°F digital display. Link two three-stage programs to create a six-stage operation. A maximum of 10 programs can be stored with up to a seven-day delay. An LCD shows internal temperature, countdown time, and program number.

    Ultraviolet Curing Chambers

Safely cure light-activated adhesives, coatings, and ink or strengthen 3D-printed resin parts with UV light in these enclosed chambers. Also known as flood curing, they evenly cure your parts. They work just like a microwave. Plug them in, set your time, and they’re ready to cure.
Formlabs Ultraviolet and LED Chambers with Turntable
Image of Product. Front orientation. Ultraviolet Curing Chambers. Formlabs Ultraviolet and LED Chambers with Turntable.
Formlabs chambers can be preheated to save you curing time. While they’ll work on any resin 3D-printed parts, if you use them with parts made of Formlabs resins, you can choose preset cure times and temperature settings for consistent results.
Chambers with a turntable rotate parts under the lights for even exposure while curing. Because these chambers use low-intensity LED bulbs and only operate when the door is closed, additional UV-protective glasses or clothing while using them are not required.

    Ultraviolet Chambers with Shelf
Image of Product. Front orientation. Ultraviolet Curing Chambers. Adjustable Shelf, Ultraviolet.
Chambers with a shelf create a deep, consistent cure and work best with small and flat parts. You can position parts closer to the bulb with the adjustable shelf for a faster curing. To carefully cure sensitive parts, adjust the light intensity level. An automatic lamp shutter covers and reduces power to the bulb when you open the door. You should always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when the system is turned on because of their high-intensity light. To remotely monitor and control these chambers, connect them to a computer or PLC.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—Chambers and replacement bulbs that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted by regulations on limiting mercury content.

Carry these lights throughout your facility to disinfect hard, smooth surfaces and objects without chemical cleaners. They use UV-C light to kill viruses, bacteria, and other germs in seconds. These lights use the same trusted technology hospitals rely on to disinfect rooms between patients. They’re made in an EPA registered facility and meet pesticide device requirements. For safety, always wear UV-protective gear and the included UV-blocking eye protection while the light is on.
Plastic Housing—Our most economical option. These lights are lightweight and deliver strong light intensity for quick disinfection. They’re less durable than lights with a metal housing.
Hanging Hook—Two swivel hooks let you hang these lights horizontally. Mount both on one surface to disinfect below and keep the light hands-free.
Test Strips—Confirm your light is disinfecting properly with these included strips. They change color when exposed to germicidal UV-C light.
Light Intensity @ Distance—Measures the power of ultraviolet radiation from these lights. The effectiveness of UV-C disinfection depends on light intensity and exposure time—higher intensity shortens disinfection time. These lights deliver higher intensity than other similarly priced lights, so they disinfect quicker. To increase intensity, move the light closer to the object.
Rated Life—Replace bulbs after the listed time to maintain germicidal performance.
