Noncontact Level Sensor Switches for Water

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Level Sensor Switches. Noncontact Level Sensor Switches for Water.
Detect water level with infrared light to avoid false switch activation caused by vibration in your tank. Also known as optical switches, these sense the level by reflecting light into a receiver that sends an output current to activate an alarm or control circuit. They are sensitive to light and should be shielded or used in enclosed tanks. Mount them horizontally or vertically.
SPST-NC—SPST-NC switches activate when the tip is exposed to air and light reflects into the receiver.
SPST-NO—SPST-NO switches activate when the tip is submerged in liquid and light stops reflecting into the receiver.
