These thinners are often used for cleanup and to thin paint for spray applications. They cannot be sold to the states listed due to local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds), or outside the United States due to product labeling requirements.
Avoid the fumes and strong smell of traditional thinners with these odorless thinners. They're often used for cleanup and to thin paint for spray applications. They cannot be sold to the regions listed due to product labeling requirements and/or local regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Dilute thick epoxies so they're thin enough to spray. These thinners evaporate quickly enough that sprayed coatings won't sag, but slowly enough that they still bond well. They cannot be sold to the regions listed due to local regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Consisting of small, spherical particles, add these to water- or solvent-based floor coatings to create a slip-resistant surface that’s easier to clean than sand-textured surfaces. Additives won’t change the coating’s color.
Use 3.2 oz. bottle with one gallon of floor coating. Use 16 oz. bottle with five gallons of floor coating.
These additives slow down paint’s cure time, allowing it to flow better and fill in brushstrokes for a smooth finish. They also improve adhesion.
Use water-based additives with water-based paint, such as latex and acrylic paint. One quart treats up to four gallons of paint.
Use solvent-based additives with oil- and solvent-based paint. One quart treats up to two gallons of paint.
Increase the wear resistance of thin floor coatings. These additives consist of an aluminum-oxide blend that improves abrasion resistance by up to 40%. They create a fine texture that increases a coating’s slip resistance and decreases its gloss, hiding minor imperfections on the floor. Additives won’t change the coating’s color.

Mix these additives with any water-based paint to create a flame-retardant surface. They meet UL 723 and are rated Class A by ASTM E84—the highest rating available—for their ability to limit the spread of flames and generation of smoke when they’re used on drywall. Use them on wood for a Class B rating. For interior use only.
One 16-ounce bottle treats one gallon of latex, acrylic, or any other water-based paint.
