Push-In Rivets
No installation tools required—use your thumb to push these rivets into place from one side of the material. To remove, pop them out with a removal tool (sold separately). Made of nylon, rivets absorb environmental moisture, which can affect dimensions and other properties.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Click-lock shank rivets have a shank that expands with a snap and locks the rivet in place.

Slide these tools under the head of plastic push-in rivets and squeeze the handles to pop the rivet out. They are also known as panel clip pliers.

Spring-Loaded Guide Pins

As the workpiece pushes against the pin head in one direction, the internal spring pushes back to hold it in place for clamping. Press into a drilled hole using the installation tool (sold separately). Also known as spring locating pins and side-thrust pins.

Long-Life Grinding Bits for Nonmetals

The diamond abrasive in these bits is extremely hard and lasts longer than tungsten carbide. For longer tool life and improved finish, use a water- or oil-soluble mist or coolant.
Bits are also known as mounted points and die grinder bits. Head diameter is measured at the widest point.
Caution: As bit shank is exposed beyond 1/2", maximum safe rpm decreases significantly. Refer to ANSI standard B7.1. Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.

Long-Life Grinding Bits for Metals

Similar to diamond, boron nitride is harder than aluminum oxide and lasts longer. Bits are also known as jig grinding pins and mandrels.
Head diameter is measured at the widest point.
