No-Mess Polishing Bobs for Aluminum, Soft Metals, and Nonmetals
The silicon carbide abrasive cuts quickly with light pressure. It’s embedded in these bobs so you don’t need messy compounds. Polish small areas and hard-to-reach spots using a drill or grinder for bits and burs. Grit is approximate.

Multipurpose No-Mess Polishing Bobs
The abrasive is already embedded in these bobs so you don’t need messy compounds. Polish small areas and hard-to-reach spots using a drill or grinder for bits and burs. Grit is approximate.

Polishing Bobs
Polish small areas and hard-to-reach spots. Use these bobs with lapping pastes and buffing compounds and a drill or grinder for bits and burs.
Choose soft bobs for a finer finish.

Aggressive Polishing Bobs
Remove scratches from your workpiece with these hard bobs. Use them with lapping pastes and buffing compounds and a drill or grinder for bits and burs.
Choose rock hard bobs for the most aggressive material removal or when working with hard materials.

Smoothing and Polishing Stones
Maintain tools, molds, and dies. These stones can be used by hand or in power tools with a compatible holder. Choose the shape that best matches the contour of your work surface.
Aluminum–oxide stones abrade slowly to create a consistent surface. Also known as India stones.
Novaculite stones have extremely fine grains that cut very slowly for the most control over finishing. Also known as Arkansas stones. Grit is approximate. We recommend using a water-soluble or oil-based lubricant.

Grinding Bits for Metals
Made of aluminum oxide, these bits are well suited for use on most metals and materials that are not heat sensitive.
Bits are also known as mounted points and die grinder bits. Head diameter is measured at the widest point.
Caution: As bit shank is exposed beyond 1/2", maximum safe rpm decreases significantly. Refer to ANSI standard B7.1. Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.

Rubber-Cushioned Abrasive Grinding Bits for Metals
The abrasive grains in these bits are blended with rubber, which cushions during grinding to produce a smoother surface texture than other bits with similar grits. Bits are also known as mounted points and die grinder bits. Head diameter is measured at the widest point.
Bits for steel are aluminum oxide, which is the most common abrasive used in grinding metal.
Bits for aluminum, brass, and bronze are silicon carbide, which cuts through soft metals without generating much heat or causing material buildup.
Caution: As bit shank is exposed beyond 1/2", maximum safe rpm decreases significantly. Refer to ANSI standard B7.1. Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.
