    Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Sheets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plastic. Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Sheets.
These cast acrylic sheets are often fabricated into tanks, see-through barrier panels, and light fixture lenses. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. The material is scratch resistant and stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate. It maintains clarity over time and won't weaken from exposure to UV, though the pigment in colored acrylic will fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight.

    Easy-Thermoform Ultra-Impact-Resistant Acrylic/PVC Sheets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plastic. Easy-Thermoform Ultra-Impact-Resistant Acrylic/PVC Sheets.
Widely used for vehicle interiors and equipment housings, these sheets maintain their physical properties after thermoforming. They resist many corrosive chemicals and cleaning solutions. One side is smooth; the other side has a coarse texture to mask scratches, scuffs, and fingerprints. This material is comparable to Kydex.

    Caulk

Caulk is non-sagging, so it won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement a sealant can sustain. Caulk is best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation.

    Static-Control Protective Coatings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Protective Coatings. Static-Control Protective Coatings.
Protect sensitive electronic equipment from sparks, shorts, and sudden discharges. These acrylic-based coatings contain low-conductivity pigments to dissipate electric charge and prevent static buildup on your equipment. Reliable enough for use on semiconductors, they’re often used to shield tools, conveyors, work surfaces, and enclosures. Once cured, these coatings are flexible and durable. They also won’t crack, chip, or peel.

    Floor Lamps

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Workstation Lights. Floor Lamps.
Add light to your work area without sacrificing desk space. These floor lamps have a long lens and an any-which-way arm for even, adjustable lighting across an entire work surface. While flexible, the arm holds its shape once you set it. The glare-free LEDs shine at a daylight temperature that’s ideal for inspecting small parts and other detailed work. With a color rendering index (CRI) of 95, these lights make colors look natural and vibrant. This is ideal in offices for visual comfort or workspaces where color accuracy is important. Toggle between four levels of brightness as needed. The head rotates, so you can direct light where you need it. A built-in USB-C port lets you charge your phone and other accessories.

    Concrete Crack Fillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Cartridge. Concrete Crack Fillers .
Fill cracks in horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces—these epoxy fillers create a rigid bond. Once hardened, the filled area can be drilled, sanded, sawed, or tapped like the surrounding concrete. Their paste consistency holds in joints without sagging. Surface fillers with a mix ratio are multi-part fillers. Size listed is the combined total of the parts.
Acrylic Plastic—Acrylic plastic fillers are textured to blend in easily and clean up with water.
10.1 fl. oz. Container—Surface fillers in a 10.1 fl. oz. cartridge can be dispensed with a standard caulk gun. They flex as concrete expands and contracts with temperature changes.

    Acrylic Plastic

Dispense ready-to-use conductive liquid to fill pits and small gaps on circuit board components. These pens are also used to sketch and repair conductive pathways.
Nickel Filled—Nickel acrylic plastic pens are best for general purpose repairs, such as bridges and traces in printed circuit boards. They have a medium surface resistivity, so they're a good balance between carbon acrylic and silver epoxy pens.

    EMI/RFI Shielding Conformal Coatings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Conformal Coatings. EMI/RFI Shielding Conformal Coatings.
Protect sensitive electronic parts, enclosures, and prototypes from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) with these coatings. Also known as conductive paint, these coatings block EMI and RFI from disrupting electrical, data, and radio signals, which can cause circuit malfunctioning and data loss.
For best adhesion, apply to clean, oil-free surfaces. If applying to highly chemical-resistant plastics such as PVC and PTFE, use a primer first.
Nickel Acrylic Plastic—Nickel acrylic plastic coatings are made with nickel flakes mixed with acrylic. They’re the best in our offering for protecting magnetic components, since they absorb and redirect magnetic fields. While not as conductive as silver acrylic plastic coatings, they still protect against a broad spectrum of EMI and RFI frequencies. Use them to repair small circuits on circuit boards and to coat devices such as meter and scanner housings. They have good corrosion resistance.
Cannot Be Sold To—Coatings that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted by product labeling requirements.

    Cartridge

With excellent shear strength, these form stronger bonds than our standard acrylic structural adhesives.
Acrylics bond with a wider range of materials than any other adhesive. They adhere to plastic especially well, requiring little surface preparation.

Apply these coatings to floors and walls to protect sensitive equipment from static electricity buildup. They divert charges to the ground to reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) that can destroy circuit boards or corrupt data. They're commonly used by electronics manufacturers and research labs. Repair cracks and holes prior to application. Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer.

    Conductive Glue-on-a-Roll

Image of Product. Front orientation. Mounting Adhesives. Conductive Glue-on-a-Roll.
Attach EMI/RFI shields and gaskets to electronics housings—these rolls are loaded with conductive fibers. Also known as adhesive transfer tape, they have a thin film of pressure-sensitive glue on a peel-away liner. Unlike screws, they won’t leave gaps for EMI to get in. They’re also more conformable than tape with adhesive on both sides.
