These slides last up to six times longer than standard air slides in extremely dirty, dusty environments, such as ceramics and paper manufacturing facilities. The air slide guide rods keep the head from twisting as it extends and retracts for steadier motion than air cylinders. They also have a larger mounting area, which makes it easier to mount devices you want to actuate to the end of the slide.
