    Multiple-Stroke Round Body Air Cylinders

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Air Cylinders. Multiple-Stroke Round Body Air Cylinders.
Move loads between three positions instead of two. These air cylinders are often used as a simpler alternative to electric actuators in applications where stroke lengths don’t need to be adjusted.
With no tie rods on the outside, these round-body cylinders fit in tight spaces. They’re double acting, meaning they pull loads as well as push them—and do so with equal force. Universal-mount cylinders can be mounted in either a fixed or pivoting position.
The piston is magnetic, so you can use these cylinders with sensors (sold separately) to activate relays and controllers. When the piston moves past a sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—one for each action you want to trigger.
Instead of attaching your round body air cylinder directly to equipment, add a mount to best suit your application.

    High-Force Gas Springs

Image of Attribute. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. High-Force Gas Springs.
Often used to replace coil springs in metal stamping and die-spring applications, these gas springs match the diameter and stroke length of coil die springs but offer much more force. A gas port lets you change force as your application changes—springs with gas ports are commonly used in manifold systems where all springs share the same gas pressure.
Mount springs with end threads using the threaded hole on the end; fasteners are not included. Mount springs without end threads in a cylindrical pocket that’s sized to their body diameter, or use mounting flanges.

    Color-Coded High-Force Gas Springs

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Gas Springs. Color-Coded High-Force Gas Springs.
Color coded by force to help you choose the correct replacement, these gas springs generate high force. They’re often used to replace coil springs in metal stamping and die-spring applications. They match the diameter and stroke length of coil die springs, but offer much more force. Mount with the threaded hole on the end; fasteners are not included.
