Twist-Resistant Anchors for Drywall, Plaster, and Wood Paneling

Fins prevent these anchors from spinning during installation. Also known as wall plugs, they expand to reinforce a hole and resist stripping. Install anchors flush with the surface. Then, thread a screw through your fixture and into the anchor. To determine screw length, add the anchor length to the fixture thickness and choose a screw equal to or longer than this.
