Food Industry Dry-Running Sleeve Bearings
Made of FDA-listed materials or FDA compliant, these bearings are for use in food applications. They also withstand caustic and washdown environments.
Acetal bearings are FDA compliant for direct contact with food. They’re also bright blue, making them easy to spot if they fall into your line.

Chemical-Resistant Dry-Running Sleeve Bearings
These bearings stand up to a wider range of chemicals than other dry-running sleeve bearings.
Glass-filled PTFE bearings have the same low-friction properties as PTFE bearings, along with increased load capacity.

Static-Control Dry-Running Sleeve Bearings
Made of thermoplastic, these bearings conduct electricity to prevent static buildup in moving equipment. They’re self-lubricating, which reduces friction and prevents wear. They’re often used in applications that can’t have metal bearings or lubricants.

Ultra-Low-Friction Dry-Running Flanged Sleeve Bearings
Use these bearings in applications with frequent starts and stops because they operate with very little friction.
Thermoplastic blend bearings create the least amount of friction of any bearing that we offer. They handle heavier loads than PTFE and Rulon J bearings.

High-Speed Self-Aligning Dry-Running Flanged Sleeve Bearings
Made of acetal with a PTFE filler, these bearings handle velocities up to twice as high as standard acetal bearings. They’re self-lubricating, so they’ll take on less wear for an increased lifespan. Acetal won’t warp or swell from exposure to water, so these bearings are good for use in washdown environments. These bearings swivel to compensate for a small amount of shaft misalignment. Designed for press-fit installation by hand—no tools required—they don’t need to be fitted into a housing. Mount them into injection-molded panels and mounts, thin sheet metal, or hard non-ductile materials.
