Light Duty Dry-Running Mounted Sleeve Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange

Use these nylon or acetal bearings for light loads. The closed backing blocks out dust and other contaminants.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

High-Speed Flange-Mounted Linear Sleeve Bearings

A ceramic liner makes high speeds as well as rapid acceleration and deceleration possible. The flange-mount design is good for vertical linear motion applications. Bearings are for use with round end-supported shafts and are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. End seals keep contaminants out.

Corrosion-Resistant Mounted Linear Ball Bearings

Outdoor as well as mild chemical environments are no problem for these bearings. They have stainless steel balls for corrosion resistance. All bearings are for use with round end-supported shafts and have end seals to keep lubricant in and dirt out.
Self-aligning bearings compensate for shaft misalignment.
Bearings with aluminum housing take on heavier loads than bearings with an acetal housing.

Mounted Linear Sleeve Bearings

Virtually maintenance free, these bearings have slippery, chemical-resistant liners that don't require added lubrication. All are for use with round end-supported shafts.
Bearings with 0.0005" shaft clearance are best for precision applications. Bearings with 0.001" or 0.0015" shaft clearance are less likely to bind on your shaft than bearings with 0.0005" shaft clearance.
Self Aligning—Bearings compensate for shaft misalignment.
Fixed Alignment—Bearings are for use where shaft misalignment is unlikely.
Frelon liners are stronger and more wear resistant than PTFE liners.

Wheel Reducer Bushings
Reduce the inside diameter of a bearing to fit a particular axle size. Also known as spanner bushings, they also reduce wear on the axle when used in plain bores and with straight roller bearings. All have a hole for lubrication.
Washers slide over the bushing and add 3/32" to the hub length of your wheel. Multiple washers can be used to match the length of the bushing.
