Oil-Embedded Sleeve Bearings

Startup friction causes these porous bronze bearings to release a thin layer of oil on the bearing’s surface. They are also known as Oilite® bearings.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

Press-Fit Drill Bushings with Head

The head prevents these bushings from being pushed through the jig when drilling pressure is extreme. The head sits above the jig plate or can be mounted flush by installing in a counterbored hole. Drill bushings can also be used as spacers, shims, and machinery bushings.

Wheel Bearings
Replace worn or damaged wheel bearings to keep your equipment rolling. Use flanged bearings and ball bearings in pairs. Change the axle diameter with wheel reducer bushings (sold separately).
Note: Not for use in towing applications.
For impact-resistant tapered roller bearings, as well as other bearing materials and sizes, please see Ball and Roller Bearings and Sleeve Bearings.
Acetal bearings are a good choice for washdown and dusty environments.
Plain bearings prevent wear to the wheel bore.
Retaining washers hold roller bearings in place.

Wheel Reducer Bushings
Reduce the inside diameter of a bearing to fit a particular axle size. Also known as spanner bushings, they also reduce wear on the axle when used in plain bores and with straight roller bearings. All have a hole for lubrication.
Washers slide over the bushing and add 3/32" to the hub length of your wheel. Multiple washers can be used to match the length of the bushing.

T-Slotted Framing Linear Bearings and Track Rollers
Mount components to these load-rated bearings and track rollers to add linear motion along T-slotted rails.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Bearings move more accurately than other T-slotted framing linear motion components, such as track rollers, and are often used in automated systems and other applications requiring repetitive motion. They’re lined with slippery, durable plastic and have no moving parts. These bearings withstand exposure to dirt, water, impact, and vibration. To adjust how they fit on your rail, slide one of the included shims between the bearing pad and bearing housing.
Flanged sleeve bearings mount in two different orientations: one where the bearing slides along the rail and another where the bearing acts as a mount allowing the rail to slide. Fasten bolts through the flange holes to secure them to rails, loads, and other surfaces.
Bearing pads replace worn pads.

Standard sleeve bearings let you mount loads in multiple ways: using threaded holes on the panel and on the end of the mounting rail. The hole on the mounting rail end is often used to add bumpers.
Standard sleeve bearings for 1 rail also let you mount loads using the T-slot on their mounting rail. Their panels can be attached once the bearing is positioned on your rail, which saves you from having to disassemble your system. Most other bearings for T-slotted rails install by sliding onto the end of a rail.
Bearing pads replace worn pads.
Replacement carriage panels and mounting rails let you create custom standard sleeve bearings with different shapes and profiles.
