Mounted Ball Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange
Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with nickel-plated cast iron housing are more corrosion resistant and durable than bearings with a cast iron housing.
Set screw bearings secure to shafts as you tighten their screw. They don’t need a collar, but the screw leaves some marring on shafts. Use them in applications where shafts rotate in both directions.
Eccentric lock bearings are quick to install—twist them in one direction to tighten and the opposite to loosen. They’re better than set screw bearings for high speed applications, but they only work with shafts that rotate in one direction.

High-Speed Mounted Ball Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange

These bearings have the highest speed ratings of any mounted ball bearing that we offer. The clamp-on collar creates a 360° grip around the shaft for a strong, mar-free hold. Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.

Mounted Sleeve Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange

Capable of handling temperatures from -400° to 750° F, these graphalloy bearings have the widest temperature range of any of our mounted bearings. They are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

Thread-Mount Bearings

Combine with threaded pipe to mount these bearings in a variety of positions without the need for a flat mounting surface. Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
NPSM (National Pipe Straight Mechanical) threads are compatible with NPT threads. See more about pipe thread type and sizing.

Chemical-Resistant Flange-Mounted Linear Sleeve Bearings

The Frelon liner on these bearings allows them to stand up to a wider range of chemicals than other flange-mounted linear sleeve bearings. All are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment and are for use with round end-supported shafts. Note: Not for use with bare aluminum or chrome-plated shafts.
Bearings with 0.0005" shaft clearance are best for precision applications. Bearings with 0.0015" shaft clearance are less likely to bind on your shaft than bearings with 0.0005" shaft clearance.

Flange-Mounted Linear Bearing Housings

Slide up to two linear ball or sleeve bearings into these housings and secure them with the included internal retaining rings.
Housings for two bearings give you better running accuracy and alignment than using two separate pillow blocks.
