Bearings move more accurately than other T-slotted framing linear motion components, such as track rollers, and are often used in automated systems and other applications requiring repetitive motion. They’re lined with slippery, durable plastic and have no moving parts. These bearings withstand exposure to dirt, water, impact, and vibration. To adjust how they fit on your rail, slide one of the included shims between the bearing pad and bearing housing.

Flanged sleeve bearings mount in two different orientations: one where the bearing slides along the rail and another where the bearing acts as a mount allowing the rail to slide. Fasten bolts through the flange holes to secure them to rails, loads, and other surfaces.

Heavy duty flanged bearings have threaded inserts in their bearing pads for a tighter grip on the bearing housing. They work well in pick-and-place, parts-transfer, and other high-speed applications with frequent starts, stops, and changes in speed.

Bearing pads replace worn pads.
