High-Temperature Mounted Ball Bearings
Synthetic grease or graphite enables these bearings to operate in high temperatures. They have an extended inner ring for additional shaft support. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with graphite operate in temperatures up to 660° F, three times that of standard ball bearings, so they're a good choice for use in industrial ovens. However, they’re only for low-speed applications.

Mounted Roller Bearings
Roller bearings have a thinner profile and larger contact area than ball bearings, making them stronger and more space-efficient than ball bearings.
Sealed bearings block out dust and contaminants.

Mounted Ball Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange
Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Bearings with nickel-plated cast iron housing are more corrosion resistant and durable than bearings with a cast iron housing.
Set screw bearings secure to shafts as you tighten their screw. They don’t need a collar, but the screw leaves some marring on shafts. Use them in applications where shafts rotate in both directions.

Speed Reducers for Roller Conveyors
Also known as pallet brakes, these reducers mount on a gravity conveyor and create friction on the rollers to control the conveyor's speed. Speed reducers have an internal brake that gradually engages as the speed of the rollers increases. For best results, the spacing of the reducers should be equal to the length of the material you're conveying.
Under-mount reducers prevent damage to the load because they don’t come into direct contact with it. Instead, they are mounted underneath the conveyor where they contact the conveyor rollers.
