Insert any 1/2" dia. Grade 8 bolt through the unthreaded hole in the frame to create a custom-length stem. Wheels have a soft rubber tread for shock resistance with a hard polypropylene core for strength. They roll best on smooth or hard surfaces. Flanged-sleeve wheel bearings prevent wear to the wheel bore but don't roll as easily as other bearings. The swivel has double-ball bearings for the smoothest swiveling.
