Clean Room Wet Wipes

These wipes are moistened with isopropyl alcohol and deionized water. Made of a polyester/cellulose blend, they’re both strong and absorbent.

Isopropyl Alcohol (70% Concentration)—Wipes with 70% isopropyl alcohol have more disinfecting power than those with 6% isopropyl alcohol.

Polyurethane Foam Swabs—Polyurethane foam swabs won’t tear.

Polyurethane Foam Over Cotton Swabs—Polyurethane foam over cotton swabs offer excellent absorption and also won’t tear.

Isopropyl Alcohol—Those with isopropyl alcohol have cleaning solution right in the handle—no need for chemicals in your clean room. Simply squeeze the handle to break the seal and moisten the tip of the swab. When wet, these swabs are safe to use on static-sensitive surfaces. Use them to clean small and hard-to-reach devices.

Folded Clean Room Wipes

Unlike flat wipes, these double-folded clean room wipes have several sides for wiping. Since they’re folded, they can be pulled one at a time from clean room wipe dispensers to reduce cross contamination and waste. These wipes are cleaned and double bagged in a clean room for sterility and are low linting, so they won’t shed fibers that could contaminate your clean room. They’re made of a polyester/cellulose blend that combines polyester’s strength with cellulose’s absorbency. Wipes are autoclavable.

Folded Clean Room Wipe Dispensers

Dispense folded clean room wipes one at a time to reduce cross contamination and waste. These dispensers are cleaned and double bagged in a clean room to ensure that they’re sterile. Place them on any flat surface with the weighted base, or mount them on the wall to save counter space. They’re front loading, so you don’t need to feed wipes down the chute, which can lead to tangling. Dispensing angle is adjustable and locks in place—tilt it so that wipes are accessible. A weighted tamper presses down on the stack of wipes, so it’s easy to grab one even when they’re running low. A clear window shows you how many wipes are left. Wipes not included.

Clean Room Sorbents

Absorb spills, catch drips, and control leaks in clean room environments. These sorbents are cleaned and bagged and don’t release as much lint or dust as other sorbents. Clean room rating indicates the acceptable level of contaminants; the lower the rating, the cleaner the environment. Not for use with aggressive liquids, such as hydrochloric acid.
