Customize your air preparation system with dryers, filters, and other purifying parts.

    Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

A filter, regulator, and lubricator combined, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated compressed air at your required pressure. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.

Inline Components—Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs.
Aluminum Bowl and Zinc Alloy Bowl—Aluminum and zinc alloy bowls are stronger than plastic bowls, so they won't crack or shatter if they’re dropped.
Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the FRL to a wall or equipment.

    Compressed Air Regulators

Adjust and maintain the pressure of your compressed air. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.
    Relieving with T-Handle—Gauge Included
Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Regulators. Compressed Air Regulators, Relieving with T-Handle—Gauge Included.
Relieving regulators exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
Regulators with a T-handle are easier to adjust than those with a knob, especially at higher pressures. However, they require more clearance.
Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.

    Compressed Air Lubricators

Add lubrication to your air supply to extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. These lubricators have either a clear bowl or a sight glass so you can check the oil level for refilling. Adjust the amount of lubricant in the air based on your equipment's performance. If your machine is running loudly or showing signs of wear, increase the amount; if you notice oil building up, decrease it. Install these lubricators in your air line after filters and regulators.

High-Flow Compressed Air Filters for Particle Removal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Filters. High-Flow Compressed Air Filters for Particle Removal.
Remove particles from large volumes of compressed air without causing restriction or drops in pressure. These filters will help extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. They have an automatic drain that works well in air lines that have high water content, run continuously, or are hard to reach. Their filter service indicator turns increasingly red as the filter element clogs, so you’ll know when it needs to be replaced.
