A combination of a Wilkerson filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. These FRLs come with mounting brackets, so you can attach them to a wall or equipment. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs. Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.

Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
