Ultra-Corrosion-Resistant Yor-Lok Fittings for Nickel Alloy Tubing

- For Use With: Acetic Acid, Air, Bleach, Cutting Oil, Diesel Fuel, Formic Acid, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Hydraulic Fluid, Iron Chlorides, Mineral Oil, Salt Water, Steam, Water
- Temperature Range: 0° to 1000° F
- Tubing: Use with seamless soft C276 nickel
- Specifications Met: ASME B31.3
With the best corrosion resistance of any metal tube fittings we offer, these C276 nickel Hastelloy fittings stand up to aggressive chemicals and resist pitting and cracking from stress. Also known as instrumentation fittings, they are made to tight tolerances for use in high-precision applications. They include a nut with two sleeves (ferrules). The sleeves bite into tubing as you tighten the nut, creating a strong, leak-resistant seal. Fittings are compatible with Swagelok®, Let-Lok, and A-Lok fittings.

Nickel Flush-Mount Blind Rivets

This high-strength material is mildly magnetic and has excellent corrosion resistance. Install these rivets in countersunk holes and the angled head sits flush with the material's surface. They join material when you only have access to one side.
The combined thickness of material must fall within the rivet's material thickness range. Shear strength is the amount of force it takes to break a rivet from the side, and tensile strength is the amount of pull a rivet can withstand without breaking. Joint strength is also affected by rivet spacing and hole size.
A blind rivet tool (sold separately) with a nosepiece that matches the rivet's diameter is required for installation.

Grease Fittings
Thread these fittings into motors, bearings, engine blocks, and other machinery to create a lubrication point. They’re also known as hydraulic grease fittings.
400 nickel fittings are the most corrosion resistant and can be used in caustic environments, such as those involving salt water, sulfuric acid, and alkalies.
Fittings with a check valve prevent grease from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants.
PTF-SAE and NPTF (Dryseal) threads are compatible with NPT threads. SAE-LT threads are tapered but designed to be installed into a 1/4"-28 straight-thread UNF hole.

Button-Head Grease Fittings
Often used on earth movers, mining equipment, and other heavy machinery, these fittings have a T-shaped top that holds the dispensing tip in place so it won’t pop off when adding grease. They're best for machinery requiring high volumes of grease because they let more grease pass through than standard grease fittings, thanks to a larger opening. An integral check valve prevents grease from leaking when pressure causes backward flow. The valve stays closed when not in use to keep out dirt and other contaminants.

High-Misalignment Precision Flexible Shaft Couplings

Specially designed ridges allow these bellows couplings to compensate for more misalignment than other precision couplings—useful for low-torque, high-precision applications such as instrumentation and motion control. They also allow zero backlash (no play) and never need lubrication. Couplings are nickel and stainless steel so they can be used in mildly corrosive environments. Fasten to your shaft by tightening the set screws, which bite into the shaft to hold it.
