    Style A

    Style B

Mount these diaphragm pumps in any position, even upside down. Pumps have a fractional horsepower motor rated for intermittent use (return to room temperature before restarting). They are for use in low-flow spraying, draining, and washdown applications. They are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward. Pumps can run dry and do not require an initial fill, so they’re a good choice for applications without a constant flow of liquid. Do not use with solids.
Pressure Switch—Pumps with a pressure switch automatically shut off the pump at the maximum pressure.
Battery Powered—Battery-operated pumps operate on a 12-volt battery. They are commonly used with agricultural sprayers and washers.

Harsh-Environment Compact Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Water and Oil

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Harsh-Environment Compact Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Water and Oil.
An aluminum enclosure around the motor provides protection in dusty and dirty environments. Designed to fit into small equipment, these pumps have miniature gears and a fractional horsepower motor for low-flow applications. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

    Air-Powered Constant-Flow-Rate Piston Pumps

Image of Product. Front orientation. Piston Pumps. Air-Powered Constant-Flow-Rate Piston Pumps.
Commonly called piston pumps, these are often used in high-pressure applications, such as hydrostatic testing of pipelines, tanks, and valves. Flow and outlet liquid pressure can be controlled by varying the air pressure. To calculate discharge liquid pressure, multiply the air pressure by the ratio shown in the table. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

    Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Water

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Water.
These gear pumps produce a smooth flow of liquid for applications such as cooling engines, powering hydraulic equipment, and extracting liquid from holding tanks. Pumps are self-priming after you fill the pump chamber with liquid. As liquid in the chamber is expelled, a suction force is created which allows the pump to draw liquid upward. Do not use with solids. Pumps can be used in dusty, dirty, and damp environments.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry. If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—Pumps that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted by local energy efficiency requirements.

    Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Oil

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps for Oil.
A high-horsepower motor moves oil with a viscosity similar to SAE 60 motor oil. These gear pumps produce a smooth flow of liquid to lubricate equipment and blend oils. Motor is open dripproof (ODP) for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Water

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Water.
These gear pumps have a bronze housing and gears for use with water. Select your own motor to tailor them to your application. Use a NEMA 56C frame electric motor with a coupling and belt/pulley drive. They produce a smooth flow of liquid for water delivery. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Do not use with solids.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

High-Pressure Constant-Flow-Rate Rotary Vane Pumps without Motor for Water

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rotary Vane Pumps. High-Pressure Constant-Flow-Rate Rotary Vane Pumps without Motor for Water.
Commonly called rotary vane pumps, they have a built-in bypass relief valve to prevent pressure buildup. Attach an electric motor with a speed reducer or a belt pulley to alter the pump speed. Use a NEMA 56C frame motor. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids. They meet NSF/ANSI 61 safety standards for use with drinking water systems.
303 Stainless Steel Housing—Pumps with a 303 stainless steel housing are more corrosion resistant than pumps with a brass housing.

Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Chemicals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Chemicals.
With a 316 stainless steel housing and stainless steel gears, these gear pumps are often used to dispense chemicals such as ethylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, and nitric acid. Use an electric motor with a coupling and belt/pulley drive. They produce a smooth flow of liquid. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Do not use with solids.

Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Oil

Image of Product. Front orientation. Gear Pumps. Constant-Flow-Rate Gear Pumps without Motor for Oil.
A cast iron housing and steel gears allow these gear pumps to be used to dispense oil and fuel such as hydraulic oil and diesel fuel. Select your own motor to tailor them to your application. Use an air or electric motor with a coupling and belt/pulley drive. They produce a smooth flow of liquid for applications such as engine lubrication. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Do not use with solids.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

High-Pressure Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps without Motor for Pressure Washing

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plunger Pumps. High-Pressure Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps without Motor for Pressure Washing.
Also known as plunger pumps, these can provide pressures up to 3,000 psi. Use them for washdowns, drain jetting, and other pressurized water-spraying applications. Connect them directly to an electric motor to alter the pump speed. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
