Cobalt Steel Hex-Shank Drill Bits
In addition to resisting heat and wear better than high-speed steel drill bits, these can also run up to 25% faster and have a longer tool life. Insert them into power screwdrivers, impact drivers, and other tools that accept hex shanks. The flat surfaces on the hex shank allow tool chucks to grip these bits more securely than those with a round shank. A split point keeps the bits centered without a pilot hole.
