Made from bonded silicon carbide abrasives, these wheels slice through titanium, one of the hardest materials to cut. Designed to make smooth, burr-free cuts, they cut faster and stay sharp longer than wheels made with aluminum oxide abrasives. Use them to cut bars, sheets, and tubing into manageable pieces. Not for use on hand-held saws.
Warning: Use wheels that have a greater rpm rating than the no-load rpm of your tool.

Cut through aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and steel with these versatile wheels. Their aluminum oxide abrasive stays sharp across a wide range of metals for consistent performance and long wheel life. Fiberglass mesh reinforcement resists breakage during high-speed use. The Type 1 straight design fits standard floor-mount chop saws and cutoff machines.

    Clog-Resistant Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs

Image of Product. Front orientation. Sanding Discs. Clog-Resistant Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs.
Spend more time sanding and less time replacing clogged discs. A slick coating prevents dust and debris buildup on the abrasive surface. Press these discs onto sanding tools or backup pads for a hold that won’t slip. To ensure the best bond, clean the pad with a mild alcohol—avoid harsh solvents such as MEK and acetone that can damage the adhesive. Also known as PSA discs.
Cloth Abrasive Backing—Resist tearing and hold up to wet sanding better than paper-backed discs.
Aluminum Oxide Abrasive—The most versatile and affordable abrasive we offer. Aluminum oxide is the go-to choice for general purpose sanding.
Grit—The lower the grit number, the rougher the finish and the duller the appearance. The higher the grit number, the more polished the finish and the more satin or mirrored the appearance.

Make burr-free cuts in metal tubing and extrusions, such as strut channels and rails. Designed to slice through hard metals, these wheels are made of bonded abrasives. They’re reinforced with two layers of fiberglass mesh for increased stability and strength compared to other bench-top cutoff wheels. This reinforcement also results in less vibration for a cleaner cut. These cutoff wheels are not for use with hand-held saws.

Zirconia Alumina Abrasive—A step up from aluminum oxide. Zirconia alumina's tough grains remove material faster and last longer but require heavy pressure to cut properly.

Smooth out floors using a commercial floor-buffing machines. The slotted hole makes installation easy—just line up the center of the disc with your machine and push into place.
Cloth Abrasive Backing—Resist tearing and hold up to wet sanding better than paper-backed discs.
Paper Abrasive Backing—Good for high-volume sanding where you'll go through lots of discs.
Silicon Carbide Abrasive—The best choice for sanding concrete floors. You can also use them on wood floors, but they’ll wear out quicker than ceramic alumina discs.
Ceramic Alumina Abrasive—The best choice for sanding wood floors, and no risk of color transfer. They won’t dull as fast as silicon carbide discs because their grit particles continuously fracture to create fresh, sharp cutting edges. However, they are not sharp enough to sand concrete floors.
Grit—The lower the grit number, the rougher the finish and the duller the appearance. The higher the grit number, the more polished the finish and the more satin or mirrored the appearance.
