    Bushings

Secure heavy metal doors and gates without the bulk of large hinge leaves. The compact bullet shape of these hinges takes up very little space on frames and doors. Weld the male half of the hinge to the frame and the female half to the door—then you can quickly lift the door off without removing the pin.
Low-Carbon Steel—Strong and the easiest to weld but will rust in damp environments.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these hinges resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel hinges can.

Grease these hinges without the hassle of disassembly or the mess of lubricating from the outside. They have a grease fitting for injecting lubricant to reduce wear, prevent rust and seizing, and eliminate squeaks. The compact bullet shape takes up very little space, yet hinges are strong enough for large, heavy doors. Weld the male half of the hinge to the frame and the female half to the door—then you can quickly lift the door off without removing the pin.

In addition to offering superior chemical resistance, these lightweight, fiber-reinforced nylon rod ends also reduce noise and vibration. Also called yoke-end linkages, they support pivoting movement along one axis when threaded onto shafts, rods, valve pistons, and other assemblies.

A double row of precision ball bearings allows high speeds and smooth operation. Rod ends are made of cadmium- or zinc-plated steel, which both offer moderate corrosion resistance. Seals keep lubricant in and dirt out.
Cadmium-Plated Alloy Steel—Cadmium-plated steel rod ends have lubricant that meets MIL-PRF-81322. They won’t require ongoing lubrication.
