Plastic Hinges without Holes
Plastic hinges are a lightweight alternative to metal hinges and provide smooth, silent operation.
ABS hinges resist moisture and prevent rot.
Acrylic hinges have good corrosion and chemical resistance. Use adhesive to mount.
Nylon hinges don’t wear easily or break down from oil, grease, and solvents.
Polypropylene hinges have good resistance to salt water, oil, and solvents.
Polycarbonate hinges have good corrosion and chemical resistance. They also have excellent impact resistance. Use adhesive to mount.
HDPE and PVDF hinges have good corrosion, chemical, and impact resistance. Drill holes for custom mounting.
PVC hinges have excellent resistance to chemicals.
