Pry-Resistant Interlocking-Hasp Valve Lockout with Chain
In addition to a hasp that interlocks when closed, this lockout has an adapter to lock out a valve and a chain that attaches to equipment so it won't get lost. It is vinyl coated so it won't mar surfaces. They help meet OSHA Compliant 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures for the control of energy sources that could injure workers.
