Flame and Arc-Flash Cold-Protection Face Masks
These face masks meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These hats are made of abrasion-resistant aramid/viscose blend fabric, which keeps you warm without accumulating moisture.

Cold-Protection Jackets
These jackets protect you from the cold and wind while offering greater mobility than heavyweight coats. They have a zipper down the front.
Cotton/polyester jackets provide the comfort of a sweatshirt with the warmth of a jacket. Men’s cotton/polyester jackets have a knit waist and cuffs to trap heat and keep the jacket in place. They have two waist pockets. Women’s cotton/polyester jackets have a water-repellent finish to keep you dry. Adjustable hook and loop cuffs tighten to fit your wrists and expand to fit over gloves. These jackets come with a snap-on hood—tighten the draw cord for a snug fit to keep out wind. They have two waist pockets, a chest pocket, and an internal chest pocket.
Nylon jackets have a water-resistant shell and are more abrasion resistant than cotton/polyester jackets. They have a layer of polyester insulation to keep you warm in cold temperatures. Women’s nylon jackets have knit cuffs to trap heat and keep jackets in place. An attachable hood snaps onto these jackets and snaps closed for a snug fit to keep out wind. They have two waist pockets, one chest pocket, and two internal chest pockets.

High-Visibility Jackets
Bright colors and reflective stripes make workers stand out in high-risk areas and where low-visibility is a concern. Black fabric on the lower half keeps jackets looking cleaner longer than all-yellow jackets. These jackets meet Class 3 ANSI/ISEA 107 standards for workers that need to be seen by traffic at a minimum distance of 1/4 of a mile. They have a zipper down the front.
Polyester provides the comfort of a moisture-wicking sweatshirt with the warmth of a jacket.
Polyurethane-coated polyester is water resistant to keep you dry in wet and rainy environments. These jackets have a storm flap to keep rain out, as well as a removable fleece liner for added warmth and comfort. The outer shell has an inside pocket to protect contents from the elements. A compartment in the collar allows you to roll up and conceal the hood.
