About Air Preparation

Customize your air preparation system with dryers, filters, and other purifying parts.

ARO Modular Compressed Air Lubricators

Add lubrication to your air supply to keep air-powered tools and equipment running smoothly. These lubricators connect to other ARO units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. You can see inside the bowl to check the oil level for refilling. Adjust the amount of lubricant in the air based on your equipment's performance. If your machine is running loudly or showing signs of wear, increase the amount; if you notice oil building up, decrease it. Install these lubricators in your air line after filters and regulators.

Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components. These clamps come with mounting brackets.

End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

ARO Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Made up of an ARO filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. These FRLs come with mounting brackets, so you can attach them to a wall or equipment. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.
