B-Coded Socket
Add ix Industrial connections to printed circuit boards (PCBs). These connectors have a small profile—use them on smaller equipment or to create multiple connection points in a small space. They have metal locking tabs, which are less likely to break off than plastic ones. All are shielded to block interference from nearby devices. These connectors meet Canadian electrical standards and UL data transmission standards. They’re compatible with ix Industrial plugs that meet IEC 61076-3-124.
Choose A-coded connectors as an alternative to RJ45 and M12 Ethernet connectors.
Choose B-coded connectors for signaling applications such as linking a servomotor and encoder. They’re also an alternative to D-sub connectors.

ix Industrial Cords
Securely connect equipment in data or signal applications. These cords have A- or B-coded plugs to meet the needs of your device. Because they have smaller connectors than standard cords, you can connect them to smaller equipment and snake them through tighter spaces. You can even use them to create multiple connection points in a compact area. These cords have a metal locking tab that secures the connectors to sockets and is less likely to break than plastic ones if yanked or bumped. All of these cords are shielded to block interference from nearby equipment. They will connect with any ix industrial sockets that meet IEC 61076-3-124. They also meet UL data transmission standards and Canadian electrical standards.
A- and B-coded plugs are not compatible with each other.
Choose cords with A-coded plugs for data applications. You can use them in place of Ethernet cords with RJ45 or M12 connectors.
Choose cords with B-coded plugs for signal applications, such as linking a servomotor and encoder. You can also use them as an alternative to cords with D-sub connectors.
