Light-Sensing Light Controls
Automatically turn outdoor lights on and off based on lighting conditions to conserve energy. A time delay prevents false switches due to brief exposure to a light source, so a car driving by or a lightning flash at night won’t signal your light to turn off.
Conduit-hub-mount controls are often used with electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and light fixtures. They fit a 1/2 conduit trade size, so you can mount them anywhere a compatible knockout is available. A rubber O-ring seals out moisture. Those with a pivot or swivel head let you adjust the position of the sensor to align the photocell with a light source and sensing area.
Outlet-box- and panel-mount controls are flush when mounted.
Electrical-receptacle-mount controls can be installed anywhere the base can be wired. You can mount them to a wall using a bracket or integrate them into a light fixture. The three-prong turn-lock plug gives you a secure connection. They require a base (sold separately).
On at sunset, off at sunrise controls turn on at sunset and off when the ambient light is above a certain level. Those with a programmable off setting turn on at sunset and then allow you to set your specific off time. This is helpful when you don’t need to have a light on all night. On at dusk, off at dawn controls turn on about 30 minutes before sunset and off about 30 minutes after sunrise. They activate at higher ambient light settings than other light switch sensors for maximum visibility at dusk, dawn, and twilight.

Washdown Wall-Mount Motion- and Light-Sensing Light Controls
Rated NEMA 4X and IP66 for use in washdown environments, these controls have an actuator that’s sealed to keep water out. An infrared sensor uses body heat to sense movement. They turn lights on when they detect motion and off when a room is empty or there’s enough daylight. To work properly, they need an unobstructed view of your space.
Power controllers (sold separately) are required to switch a 120- or 277-volt AC lighting circuit. They have a relay that switches a maximum 20 amp load.

Wall-Mount Motion- and Light-Sensing Light Controls
Never worry about turning lights on and off again. These controls turn lights on when people enter the room and off when rooms are empty or are bright enough. They use both an infrared motion sensor to detect the presence of people and a light sensor to determine ambient light. They have a swivel bracket to aim the sensor where people will be.
Power controllers (sold separately) are required to switch a 120- or 277-volt AC lighting circuit. They have a relay that switches a maximum 20 amp load.
Wireless Networked Light Controls
Create a network to sync your lights—no complex wiring, central gateway, or Wi-Fi needed. These controls let you turn lights on and off or dim them in unison from a secure Bluetooth network. Build a system of up to 100 controllers—when any two are placed within 100 ft. of each other, they’ll form a network. Hardwire them to any fixture with a 0-10V dimming circuit. Use a free app to program when lights turn on or off and how they respond to sensors. Controllers with a motion and light sensor turn lights on when people are present or dim them when there’s enough sunlight to illuminate your space.
In addition to motion and light activation, you can set a schedule and configure these controllers to trigger lights connected to other controllers on the network. Controllers for 10' ceilings are ideal for offices and other low-ceiling workspaces. They come in two pieces, and the sensor clamps into a hole cut in your drop ceiling near the controller. Controllers for 30' ceilings are ideal for high bay lighting.
