Snap these switches onto your DIN rail to mount them. With a toggle switch and receptacle combined, you can actuate power and plug in devices from a single box. They work best for tasks that require quick actuation, such as flipping a fan on and off.

    Dual-Operator Safety Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Foot Switches. Dual-Operator Safety Switches.
To prevent accidents, these switches won’t let your machine start running unless two people in different locations coordinate control. This is useful for large operations where it would be difficult to hear or see someone call for power to be cut. They come with two foot switches that communicate wirelessly—both need to be pressed at the same time for your machine to run. For example, if used with a machine that pulls wire up a building through conduit, this means that two people dozens of floors apart can each stop the machine by releasing their foot. As an extra precaution, give the included pendant switches to people walking around your operation. If they see a problem, the pendant switches shut power off with a push of a button, even if the foot switches are pressed.
The foot switches work up to 3.7 miles away from each other if there’s a clear line of sight between the two. If there are walls or other obstacles, they work up to 1,500 ft. away from each other. Plug your equipment into the receiver foot switch before plugging the switch into an outlet—no wiring is required.

    Bench-Top Autotuning Temperature Controllers

Built into an enclosure, these temperature controllers are protected when sitting on your workbench. Ideal in systems with rapid, unpredictable, or complex temperature changes, they turn heating equipment on and off using a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm to make fine adjustments, giving you the most precise and stable temperature control. All work similarly to proportional controllers but gather more variables to calculate the most effective way to return to the target temperature and avoid overshooting it. They also have fuzzy logic to learn your system's behavior and compensate as needed. Use the autotuning function to have the controller cycle and identify the ideal PID variables for your system. These controllers read temperature with a highly sensitive thermocouple probe in critical process applications. Since they reset automatically, they switch off and on again as the temperature fluctuates. Use the keypad to adjust the actuation point, reset point, and other settings.
The controllers have mechanical relay outputs that actuate circuits directly. All are single pole, single throw (SPST-NO) relays and turn one circuit from off to on (normally open).
Controllers with 1 Control Zone and High-Limit Control

Controllers with high-limit control let you attach a second thermocouple probe to take the temperature of your heating equipment. If your equipment reaches the high limit, these controllers shut down your heating equipment and won't let it turn back on until you manually reset it, improving the safety of your system.
