Captive Fastening Pins for Soft Materials
The grooves in these pins grip plastics and other soft materials. Press them in to hold panels together. Also known as PEM® TackSert pins, their small size makes them suitable for use in electronic assemblies.
PEM® TK4 pins are used to attach sheets to cast aluminum and other brittle materials. They are made of 400 series stainless steel to resist wear and abrasion and may be mildly magnetic. Pins are passivated for added protection against corrosion and oxidation.
PEM® TKA pins are used to attach sheets to plastics. They're made of aluminum and are nonmagnetic.
