Plastic pins are a nonconductive and nonmagnetic alternative to metal dowel pins, so they're useful in electronic applications. Use them as pivots, hinges, shafts, jigs, and fixtures to locate or hold parts.

Acetal plastic and PTFE plastic pins are slippery, so they make excellent pivots. Acetal pins resist wear. PTFE pins have excellent chemical and temperature resistance.

Polycarbonate plastic pins have excellent impact resistance. Use them where pounding and flexing could crack other plastic. They're clear for inconspicuous fastening.

PEEK plastic pins are an alternative to metal pins in high-temperature, high-stress applications. They resist chemicals, wear, and moisture.
