Plastic Garden Hose Fittings
Made of nylon, these fittings are lighter in weight than metal garden hose fittings. They have excellent impact and abrasion resistance and good corrosion resistance. Connect them to plastic or rubber garden hose for a variety of water supply applications.

Metal Garden Hose Fittings
Connect these fittings to rubber or plastic garden hose for a variety of water supply applications.
Zinc fittings have good corrosion resistance. Brass fittings have good corrosion resistance and are softer than other metal fittings, so they’re easier to thread together.

Quick-Disconnect Garden Hose Couplings
Use these couplings if you need frequent access to a garden hose line—a complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket that connect and disconnect quickly. The compact design makes these couplings sleeker and easier to handle than cam-and-groove garden hose couplings. Couplings have a sleeve-lock socket. Connect by sliding back the sleeve on the socket, inserting the plug, and releasing the sleeve. To disconnect, slide the sleeve back and pull out the plug.
Brass couplings have good corrosion resistance and are softer than 303 stainless steel couplings, so they’re easier to thread together. 303 stainless steel couplings are more corrosion resistant than brass couplings and have better durability than brass and plastic couplings. ABS plastic couplings offer comparable corrosion resistance to 303 stainless steel couplings, but are lighter in weight.
Couplings with shut-off valve have a valve in the socket that stops the flow of water when the coupling is separated.

Cam-and-Groove Garden Hose Couplings
Use these couplings if you need frequent access to a garden hose line. A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. To connect, insert the plug into the socket and press the levers down. The levers fit snugly into the groove on the plug’s body and force the plug against the gasket to form a tight seal. To disconnect, lift both levers and pull out the plug.
Nylon plugs and sockets have good impact and abrasion resistance.
Polypropylene plugs and sockets are moisture resistant and won’t absorb water and lose strength, even in high-humidity environments.
Plugs with male threaded end are also known as F adapters.
Plugs with female threaded end are also known as A adapters.
Warning: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting the couplings. Do not use cam-and-groove couplings with compressed air or gas.

Expansion Plugs with Bypass
Use the bypass tube on these plugs to add air, water, and other fluid to your pipeline or to relieve pressure while testing. The seal expands to temporarily close off pipe openings. Maximum air back pressure is the amount of pressure a plug can withstand without moving. Maximum water back pressure refers to the pressure resulting from the height of the water above the plug.
For Styles A-E and H-L, twist the wing nut to expand the seal.
Style L have a GHT bypass that connects to standard garden hoses. Ideal for pipe cleanout, they allow for easy, controlled drainage.

Air- and Water-Inflatable Plugs for Wye-Joints
These extra-long plugs allow you to seal off two pipes at the same time. They have two separate inflation chambers to release back pressure gradually and prevent splash back as water clears the drain line. To inflate with air, use a hand pump (sold separately).
