Adjustable Mounting Arms for Air Knives

Secure an air knife to the bracket and position where needed. Two swiveling joints allow 360° movement. Use one arm for 3" to 18" wide air knives; two arms for 24" to 42" wide air knives, and three arms for 48" wide air knives.

Sanitary Air Knives for Blowers

Dry and cool parts, wipe conveyor belts, control coating depth, and blow liquid, chips, and dust off of equipment in sanitary environments. Use these air knives with blowers and quick-clamp fittings to create a sheet of high-velocity air in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical plants. Made of 304 stainless steel, they won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners. A highly polished surface with continuous weld seams keeps out water and other contaminants to prevent bacterial growth. Since they connect with quick-clamp fittings—also known as tri-clamp fittings—they’re easily disassembled for frequent cleaning. Blower-powered air knives produce air at a lower pressure than air knives that use compressed air. Control air pressure and volume by adjusting the depth of the airflow slot. These air knives have a through hole for mounting.

Use with a blower for high-speed airflow at low pressure. Air knives create a sheet of high-velocity air for drying and cooling parts, wiping conveyor belts, controlling coating depth, and blowing liquids, chips, and dust from equipment.

High-Efficiency Static-Eliminating Air Knives

These produce the same airflow as standard static-eliminating air knives but are quieter and use 18% less compressed air. They have an ionizing bar that temporarily neutralizes static to protect against ESD (electrostatic discharge). Air knives create a sheet of high-velocity air for drying and cooling parts, wiping conveyor belts, controlling coating depth, and blowing liquids, chips, and dust from equipment. They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242 requirements for maximum air outlet pressure and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise. Volume (dBA) is measured 3 ft. from the air knife.

A power supply (sold separately) is required. It has two ports for connecting up to two air knives.

Air knives can be mounted with an adjustable arm or mounting bracket (sold separately). Knives up 6” wide can be supported with rigid pipe connected to your air supply.

Shim sets (sold separately) install in the airflow slot to adjust the flow and force of air.
