Compared to constant-force springs, these are easier to pull at first but become harder to pull the farther you extend them. Use them for applications where the load becomes lighter as the spring contracts, such as in automated dispensing machines. All are stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Please allow for 1 ½ coils on the shaft at full extension to hold the spring in place.
