Easy-Install Hoist Trolleys

To save you time, these trolleys adjust to fit over your beam without any disassembly. Use them to move hook-mount hoists. Anti-drop plates prevent these trolleys from falling off your beam if the wheels become derailed. If there’s a collision with other equipment, these trolleys have bumpers to protect the wheels from damage.

Screw Adjustment—Trolleys with screw adjustment have a handle or a knob you turn to compress the two sides against your beam.

Locking-Pin Adjustment—Trolleys with a locking pin are the fastest to install. Pull out the locking pin to open the trolley like a clamshell, then close the trolley around your beam. Push the pin back in to lock the trolley into place.

Glow-in-the-Dark Ruler—Trolleys with a glow-in-the-dark ruler keep width measurements visible in dark conditions.

Spark-Resistant Hoist Trolleys

Move hoists in areas with flammable gases and vapors—these trolleys have a coating and copper-plated wheels to minimize sparks. They meet IEC standards for use in hazardous locations such as refineries, chemical processing plants, and other sites where sparks could cause explosions. A mounting bar and eye give you flexibility when mounting your hoist. Remove the eye and mount directly to the bar when you need those extra couple inches of space. Made of stainless steel, these trolleys won’t corrode as they move hoists in areas that are frequently washed down with cleaning chemicals. They’re often found in commercial kitchens, because the wheels are coated in a lubricant that’s NSF registered H1 for incidental contact with food.

Channel-Travel Hoist Cable and Hose Trolley Systems

Also known as festoon kits, these systems keep your hoist’s cable or hose tangle-free and out of the way. They include a series of small trolleys that travel along steel channel so they are stronger and run straighter than wire rope-travel systems and are better for high speeds. Round cable, air hose, and flat cable are sold separately.

Accessory parts can be used to expand a trolley system or build your own trolley system.

Roll tool holders, pulleys, and dividers along strut channel that's mounted overhead. The wheels on these trolleys glide along the lip inside strut channel.

Add end stops so the trolleys don't roll out.

Styles 1 and 2—Hang threaded rod and eyebolts from the holes in the horizontal plate.

Style 3—Attach objects to the included eyebolt and hang threaded rod from the two slotted holes.

Styles 4-6—Attach hooks and shackles to the vertical plate.
