Measure your pipe and fittings to identify their pipe size, thread size, schedule, and thread type. Then, find compatible components.

Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Threaded Pipe Flanges

Also known as Pressure Class 150 flanges, these are designed for low-pressure pipe applications. Bolt two flat-surface flanges or two raised-surface flanges of the same size together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line.

Forged flanges have better strength than cast flanges.
Reducing flanges allow you to transition your system to a smaller pipe size; attach to a flange with a larger pipe size but with the same flange dimensions.
304/304L Stainless Steel—Flanges hold up in humid, damp, and washdown environments but will corrode if exposed to salt water or chemicals.
316/316L Stainless Steel—Flanges are the most corrosion resistant. They stand up to wet environments, just like 304 stainless steel flanges, but unlike 304 stainless steel, they will not corrode from salt water, chlorine solutions, and chemicals.

Drain, Waste, and Vent Standard-Wall PVC Pipe Flanges for Water

Also known as Schedule 40 flanges, these are the industry standard for gravity-flow drain, waste, and vent (DWV) applications. They are PVC for good corrosion resistance. Bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line. They have socket-connect ends that attach to unthreaded pipe or another socket-connect fitting with a PVC primer and cement (also known as solvent weld). Flanges meet ASTM D1784 and ASTM D2665 specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings, flanges, and pipe with compressed air or gas.

Drain, Waste, and Vent ABS Pipe Flanges for Chemicals

These Schedule 40 flanges are an economical choice for gravity-flow chemical waste systems. Flanges are ABS plastic, which has excellent strength and impact resistance and good chemical resistance. Bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line. They have socket-connect ends that attach to unthreaded pipe or another socket-connect fitting with ABS cement (also known as solvent weld). They meet ASTM D2661, ASTM D3311, ASTM D3965, and ASTM F1498 specifications and testing requirements for material quality and product dimensions.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings, flanges, and pipe with compressed air or gas.
