Shielded Equipment-Cooling Fan Guards



Made of conductive metal, these guards cover fans to block EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFI (radio frequency interference). The screen also helps keep large debris out of your enclosure and protects fingers from spinning fans.
Mesh fan guards work for general purpose shielding.
Honeycomb fan guards shield sensitive parts, such as precision measuring equipment. They have high interference reduction at frequency, also known as attenuation, so they block most interference. The beryllium copper gasket seals gaps between the fan guard and your enclosure for additional protection. Do not use in direct contact with acetylene.

EMI/RFI-Shielding Enclosure Vents

These conductive aluminum screens block electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) to prevent electrical problems such as radio static and faulty signals. Made of mesh, they let air flow through, so the pressure in your enclosure stays constant as temperatures fluctuate.
Screw through the vent frame to mount on the surface of your enclosure. A shielded foam gasket fills the gap between the enclosure and the vent.
Also known as attenuation, interference reduction at frequency measures how much interference is blocked. These vents have high attenuation and work for most applications.

Filtered D-Sub Connectors






With a ferrite filter block surrounding their contacts, these connectors control and reduce the electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency (RFI) interference traveling through them. They have solder cup terminals that hold wire leads in place when you’re soldering them, helping you create a stable connection.
