    No wrench, no worries. If there isn't enough room to turn these screws with a wrench, slip a screwdriver into their Phillips drive. These screws are manufactured and tested to meet strict U.S. military specifications for material and construction. When using a wrench or socket, the head's six flat sides prevent slipping and rounding off the drive.
    Length is measured from under the head.
    High-Strength Fastener—Commonly used to fasten components in valves, pumps, motors, and other high-stress applications. These screws have a tensile strength of 125,000 to 160,000 psi.
    Cadmium-Plated Steel—The plating reduces friction between the screw and your mounting surface to prevent sticking when you tighten or loosen screws. It also creates a barrier against rust.
