About Structural Adhesives

Epoxy Structural Adhesives for Harsh Environments
With excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals and salt water, these epoxies work in tough conditions. Epoxies are the strongest structural adhesives. Choose an adhesive that hardens quickly for fast repairs, or one that hardens slowly to allow more time for positioning.
The size listed is the combined total of the two parts. Use cartridges with a dispensing gun and mixer nozzle to simultaneously mix and dispense adhesives.
14315 works especially well on plastics and has excellent impact resistance. It resists acids and oils.

Acrylic Structural Adhesives with Spacing Beads
To keep these adhesives from squeezing out during clamping and give a consistent bond thickness, they're mixed with small glass beads.
The size listed is the combined total of the two parts. Use a dispensing gun and mixer nozzle to simultaneously mix and dispense adhesives.
Certificates with a traceable lot number and product shelf life are available for these products. Download certificates from ORDER HISTORY after your order ships.

Toughened Acrylic Structural Adhesives
Toughened adhesives are blended with rubber particles for better impact resistance than standard acrylics. They form resilient bonds. Acrylics bond to the widest range of materials, especially plastics, and require the least amount of surface preparation.
The size listed is the combined total of the two parts. Use cartridges with a dispensing gun and mixer nozzle to simultaneously mix and dispense adhesives.
MA310 bonds dissimilar materials.

No-Mix Acrylic Structural Adhesives
No need to mix these acrylics—apply adhesive to one surface and activator to the other, then bring surfaces together to bond. Acrylics bond to the widest range of materials, especially plastics, and require the least amount of surface preparation.

Light-Activated Instant-Bond Adhesives
For easy positioning, these adhesives begin to harden only when exposed to light.
Thick liquids fill large gaps and won't drip on vertical surfaces. Thin liquids flow to fill small gaps between close-fitting parts.
Use adhesives in syringes with a dispensing gun with plunger (sold separately).
